This project sees the construction of a new 10,000m2 state-of-the-art tyre distribution warehouse. J&S McKee Ltd are proud to have undertaken all site clearance, enabling works, ground works, main drainage and reinforced concrete on this project.
Construction of this was originally programmed over 55 weeks, however, completion as achieved 6 weeks early. This fast-track project involved the construction of a steel-framed warehouse and 24nr loading bays; construction and fit-out of a 3-storey office block; an extensive concrete yard for lorry access and a 52-space staff/visitor car park.
