The first of its kind in Northern Ireland, this new Lidl store was constructed using a pre-cast concrete frame, in just 17 weeks.
J&S McKee Ltd are proud to have been part of this project and have been responsible for all enabling works, groundworks, reinforced concrete, drainage and external works for this building to take shape.
Working to strict time frames this build achieved its scheduled opening date on budget, being the fastest construction programme ever encountered by Lidl in Northern Ireland.
