Formerly the site of Maysfield Leisure Centre.
Concentrix and Isherwood and Ellis Architects proposed to convert the existing vacant Maysfield Leisure Centre building into a three-storey office building with a new two-storey extension to the north, a data centre, car parking and bicycle parking.
J&S McKee Ltd completed all site clearance, reduced level excavations, piling mat, main drainage and all reinforced concrete sub-structures in this very confined site between the main railway line at Lanyon Place and the River Lagan, Belfast.
