Extension to Belfast Waterfront to further enhance its conference, events and exhibition space.
J&S McKee Ltd were responsible for the site clearance, service diversions, piling mat, piling attendance, substructure excavations, reinforced concrete works to basement and ground floor, storm drainage and the construction of the main storm water pumping station. Enabling and infrastructure works took place between April – August 2014.
J&S McKee Ltd delivered a supply and fix sub structure including all temporary works. This was a very complex site with little or no access, lots of existing services coupled with the proximity to the River Lagan and a very high water table.
